Manoj Jain

MD and CEO

Manoj comes with a vast experience of over 20 years in which he has fathomed to this position setting high standards of excellence; he is a Management Graduate from FMS with Specialization in Marketing.

His entrepreneurial skills have helped Manufacturing Companies like Eicher Motors Ltd, setting up Dealer Network in Western India. Also he served NBFC’s like 20th Century Kinetic Finance Ltd and Tata Finance Ltd. for a span of over 12 years.

During his 8 years tenure with HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company he headed the South India Business and was a Founder Member & Part of the Core Management team of HDFC Standard Life. He had worked in North, West and South while being in HDFC.

His experience by virtue of having worked in almost all parts of the country, has given him a deep understanding of Indian Culture and insight into Business Realities.

His contribution to Shriram Fortune is definitely reflected in better visibility, not only, in the Shriram Group, but also, as one of the fastest growing Distribution Houses across the industry. He has taking Shriram Fortune to new heights from a predominantly South centered company to a company with a National Foot-Print.

A professionally qualified CA comes with an experience of over 18 years in manufacturing & retail industries like Reliance Retail, Panasonic Batteries & National Steel industries. His strength is not only Accounts and Finance but also relationship maintained with all.

Rajneesh Bhardwaj

Dy. General Manager

A professionally qualified CFA with over 21 years of experience, most of which is in financial sector and varied fields like Automobiles, Biotechnology. He has served in Transamerica Apple, Cholamandalam Finance & Investments, Biotech Synergy, VLS Finance Ltd. He specializes in Policy making & analyzing reports and currently handles Strategy and analysis for CEO’s office. Also heads the Business Partner Channel for PAN India.

Amit Kumar Bhargava

Vice President

An MBA with over 12 years of experience in Telecom & Software Industries like Suvi Information, Ebot Technosoft, Bharti Airtel. High at planning & execution, he manages people with a positive attitude. He has established all HR & Training related procedures & processes along with Administration at SFSL.

G. L. Vinodkumar

Regional Head – South

A strong Pillar of Shriram Fortune, with overall 20 years of experience out of which last 15 years have been with Shriram Group. He holds a PG degree in Management with being a Law graduate. He has also worked for TTK Pharma, OTS office Technology & Systems. He heads the South India Sales and operations and has kept the flag of Shriram Flying High for many years.

Ajay Bobal

Regional Head – North 1 & Product Head – Mutual Fund

A qualified Business Management person with over 14 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Ajay comes with sound financial product knowledge from HDFC Standard Life Insurance, Duncan Industries, and Luxor Writing Instruments. As an aggressive marketing person, he has been instrumental in establishing strong financial distribution in entire North with a fairly young team in a short span. Now also heads Mutual Fund for PAN India.

Shailesh Kukreja

Regional Head – Central

An MBA with over 8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Shailesh has rich experience in Strategic Planning, Handling Distribution Channels & Client servicing, which comes with his stints in Financial & Pharmaceutical Industry. Shailesh’s strength lies in Designing & implementing marketing strategies and problem solving abilities. He has served ICICI Bank, Alpha Drugs & Pharmaceuticals before joining the Shriram Group. He is known for leading his subordinates to heights in their careers by creating a competetive environment together with team-work.

Arvind Shivhare

Head – Life Insurance & BP Channel

An MBA with over 8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Financial Industry. Arvind’s strength lies in quick decision making & analytical skills. He had served HDFC Standard Life Insurance & HDFC Bank before joining the Shriram Group. He is known as a great mentor in the field of Marketing and has helped lot of people grow in the career under his leadership.

Jaysing Patil

Regional Head - West

Jaysing is a graduate in Commerce & Social Laws with over 14 years of experience he has been associated with Shriram Group since 1995. He started his career with Shricom Western Investments Ltd., in the group & has majorly worked with Shriram Transport, with aggressive marketing abilities for Truck financing & other Group products. He has been the face of Maharashtra and has built a stable & continuously growing team under him.

S. Suresh

Head – IT

With over 12 years of experience in the Shriram Group, Suresh has provided best of his services to Shriram. He has done his Bachelor’s in Science & Master in Business Management. He has worked for Consumer Durables under Shriram Chits & Shriram Transport Finance. A deep and analytical thinker resolves all queries related to IT.

Kushal Saxena

Regional Head – North 2

Kushal is a Management Graduate and has done Masters in Business Administration Honours with Marketing as specialization. With over 9 years of experience, majorly in Life Insurance industry, and aggressive marketing abilities he will lead LI to new heights. His work experience includes ICICI Prudential, Reliance Life Insurance, HDFC Standard Life Insurance & Today’s Writing Instruments.

Karamjeet Singh Saluja

Product Head – General Insurance

He has worked in Pharma, Life & General Insurance Sectors in his career of more than 16 years. His knowledge of GI mixed with Leadership qualities, soft spoken nature, dedication & enthusiasm have been the factors which have forced the organization to bestow him with the responsibilities of Product Head - General Insurance within 3 years of his career with Shriram Fortune.

Ajit Majumdar

Regional Head – South 2

With overall 25 + years of experience in Consumer Durables, Paints and 14 years in various companies of Shriram Group, he is one of formidable team members of Shriram Fortune. With a consistent Track record of Performance and continued display of leadership skills in Karnataka, he is Regional Head for South 2 region.

An MBA with more than 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing & Tele - Marketing of Appliances & Financial Products. Sharat is a people's man and has worked seamlessly not only with his team but also with distributors and partners. He has sound knowledge of both General & Life Insurance which is further strengthened by detailed planning and analysis. He has worked with Usha International, BPL, Bajaj Allianz, HDFC Bank handling multiple geographical locations before joining the Shriram Group. He heads the New vertical - Call Center of Shriram Fortune & has build a young & energetic team for Tele - calling & Data mining.

Deepak Bhasin

Product Head - Mutual Fund & Wealth Management

An MBA with over 15 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Credit Control & Operations of Financial Products like Lease, Loans and Securities across Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Vidharbha, Orissa & West Bengal . He has been involved in Strategic & Market Analysis, Training, Distribution Channel Management. He has been instrumental in building Strategic Partnership & Alliances by appointing DSAs /Dealers / Sub Brokers & Franchisees. Wealth Management has been his strength & he has worked with Companies like 20th Century Finance, Gujarat Lease Financing, Bajaj Auto Finance and Systematix Shares & Stocks. Deepak heads Mutual Funds and Wealth Management for the increased focus on Wealth products.
